The thing that's frustrating for me is that it's easier to just go for a 3 in most posessions than to go for a 2, because everyone shoots 60%+ from 3 for the most part, and with enough passing, someone is usually open for 3 unless you're in a high level game. Paired with how bad dunk meter is, it's shocking that there's so many people that just won't make the extra pass when 3 people collapse and they'd rather complain that Mike Wang hoe'd them with the dunk meter instead of accepting that the better play was passing to the next man

Especially when you also consider that AIs will almost never jump and play nearly 0 defense so you can just no dip over them

like there’s handfuls of moments where it’s not good but i think about 75% of the time you’re probably dunking better than your ability is

I do think that dunks needed to be more positioning based than last year, in terms of when you got a contest. But now we went too far in the opposite direction. There can be a 6'0 guard with 40 interior 1 step out from under the rim who takes you out of your 99 dunk. That's a problem

If you're gonna play the PG, you're gonna want higher pass acc to be able to hit the open shooters or cuts. I like 85 as a good minimum for any PG build. And then your ball handle and speed with ball will likely wanna be higher, especially if you're on a small guard. 92 ball handle and 86 speed with ball are good levels for a small PG, though you could go lower on ball handle if you aren't looking for those Curry animations at 92

Yeah on 2K having a fast shot is super important. Release height is also fairly important because you wanna try to get your shot off over any defender, and quick enough that they can't get a good contest

Depends on the build. Dishmaster for PGs, Deep Bomber, Sharpshooter, or Glue for SG/SF. PF depends on the kind of PF but if you're on a backend, the Gatorade takeover actually isn't bad because you can spam lane steals without losing adrenaline. And then C would probably be Crasher, but could also be Rim Guardian

So for a 6'8 probably Deep Bomber or Sharpshooter unless you're a lock
