There was shooting settings. Low risk means you have a smaller green window, but you make a lot of whites. Normal risk which had a decent green window and the ability to hit whites, High risk which had a large green window and no chance to hit whites, and difficulty based that had a variable green window and chance to make white depending on how hard the shot was.

I'd suggest getting a mesh wifi system instead of using a booster. The mesh lets you place nodes in key locations throughout the house and you can wire into any node.

They are a couple hundred bucks, but you're probably looking near $100 for any kind of booster that'd be decent.

Boosters are annoying because they basically make a second network in your house and you have to connect to either the booster or your router. Mesh is all one network.

You can work the cap breakers a bit harder if you're coming up on #15. This is what I have going with 17 caps, but I have less shooting. Not sure if there's some ideas here that'll work for yours.

I will say all my builds range between 84 and 99 block. The 99s do get some crazy animations and it's fun to play with, but production wise it doesn't result in magnitudes higher amounts of blocks per game. Maybe 0.5 difference at most.
