it's not vert. It's driving dunk. Priority number 1 is positioning. You'll get more contact dunks when the defender is under the rim, the further out they are from the rim, the less likely you'll get a contact dunk. And then the second most important is the driving dunk stat

there might be a more updated/better method out now on youtube somewhere but this gives you the gist of what to do. I usually complete it over the course of a few days, so within 2 weeks I usually have enough VC for a new build, and I've completed the season pass, or most of it as well
