Thats really going to depend on how strong and slow you want to be vs how good of a shooter and how fast you want to be.

If your build cant hit 86 speed with ball, your gonna want to go lighter. Seeing as you have 50 strength, i would say you can reduce weight without any issues

then it just comes down to how much shooting you want.

For what it's worth, shooting spec may cause you to have to use your Max+2 from specialization on something that can only go up +1. So I would probably personally pick a different specialization. As someone who's grinding through defensive specialization on 3 of my builds, I'd probably just do that one so I could do +2 caps on Steal and use the Max+2 from defensive Spec on getting Legend Interceptor

Lamelo's passes have the same issues as those two also. They are just so slow to get the ball out of the hand, and in some cases just overly flashy in ways that dont help in 2k, rather they hinder your ability to pass.

Also, for some reason i feel like Lamelos pass style is a bunch of lollipop passes where they move so slow through the air.
