If one or 2 caps get him to 60 or more that’s not bad at all. Rebound at 60 is great value especially for park. There really isn’t must room for improvement on that build offensively most of it is where it needs to be besides maybe pass. But takeover can fix that.

13 without specialization brother. Honestly all you need for that is around 10 including specialization. If you could do playmaking it would actually be better.
The 86 SWB is non negotiable but you can stay at 90 ball handle and get groovy Kemba is good and the meta and Deaaron Fox and Lonzo cross is really good.
Only thing you’d miss temporarily is Steph sigs but it’s not that amazing tbh.
And the SWB on that goes to 91 by the way.

From my experience, it's just a rating to buff your paint patroller badge and is minimally impactful on its own. Spec it to match what your block can give you.

Because interior D is a complete joke this year. Paint Patroller is an RNG badge that does half the work of interior defense. But you could have 99 interior and still get dunked on easily if you're just one step too far under the basket by someone who has only Bronze Posterizer. But then you could have 70 interior and be 2 steps in front of the basket and stop someone with 99 driving dunk and Legend Posterizer
Finishing at the rim is simultaneously way too easy in some situations against high interior defenders, and way too hard in situations where it shouldn't be

I have contacts on the majority of my builds. I'd still rather try to get an open dunk or shot before I try to force a contact dunk. The only time I would actively try to force a contact dunk over a defender is if the shot clock is running down and we have to get something off, and that's the easiest option.

I mean 75 swb and a Max+1 to Gold Lightning launch, I don't think it's super hard to get to the rim, even in high plate lobbies. But it depends on how the defense is playing. Like if you've got a lock on you, obviously it's a lot harder to get to the rim but if you're against the other team's shooter you can definitely get past them to get to the rim. Whether or not you can finish there obviously depends on if the big rotates over to help defend but
