I'd lower interior. Leave interior at 60 since you can't get 84 block for silver paint patroller. If you could get 84 block I would say stop at 70. If you have a lot of cap breakers, steal and block cap really well. As it sits you need 5 in ball handle and 1 or 2 in speed with ball if you want to dribble. 5 in pass acc if you play any 5v5 modes.
