Look up endorsement method on YouTube. Basically you make a build with 99 3pt and keep it 60 overall, the 99 max lets the build start with like an 80 3pt without spending VC on it and it'll be good enough to farm out the endorsements. Alternatively you can run it with builds you've made and haven't run MyCareer on yet.
Otherwise if you wanna get it by playing online, run with a crew, hunt streaks in park, or hit the stage.

Depends how much time you have to play and if you care about the cosmetics + VC from it. If you only play 2K and have a lot of time to play, you probably don't need it. I play a lot when I'm not working but I play other games too, so I like to get the pass so I can hit 40 and still have time left in the season to play with all the badge maxes equipped.
