Basically every season there are a group of players/others that you need a completion card for... You can earn them from different modes like 75 showdown wins, 150 salary cap wins ect, they change every season but there's usually one worth going for
It's separate from finishing the pass, but that should also be a goal for next season, lvl 40 should take ≈40 hours without any double XP tokens
