I am trying to respond to an identity that I was able to receive a message, but the reply does not appear to go through. Additionally, when I reply from the native app in iOS, it generates a completly different reply on the desktop console and replying from either the native app, the Cloaked app or the desktop app does not get a response.

You have likely been blocked. I was blocked from sending outbound messages because they thought I was spamming people. I don’t know why, I create less than one message a day. But I got on a list, you probably did too. They don’t tell you they have disabled your outbound ability. You’ll need to contact customer service.
