#Please improve UI and load time to replied emails

Hello,

Once an email chain extends beyond a few exchanges, it becomes exceptionally challenging to read due to poor UI. Currently, I am faced with several emails that indicate they were responded to a few days prior; however, after accessing them, I am presented with messages from a month ago. Despite scrolling up and down, I am not able to find the new reply. This situation gets rectified approximately 10 seconds later, and messages finally appear. This experience leaves me questioning whether the issue lies within the loading time or the UI design. This recurring confusion from email exchanges is a prevalent problem for me.

Hi there, thanks for this feedback we shall relay this to the team! Is this an issue faced in the Cloaked Desktop Dashboard or within the Cloaked App? Or Both?

@abstract ingot any input on the thread email UI reply improving? The UI is really messy once there is any exchange in the email. It's a huge mess.

idk why when i send a reply to an email a whole new email gets created and it becomes a whole mess. Am I the only person that is having issue with UI and how it gets messy?

Hey @neon junco - the team has pushed out updates to the Cloaked App within the last week or so. Have you had chance to update and see if it improves the experience?

I haven’t noticed any difference. I’ll see if the ad has been updated.

also, some of the email addresses have been with @cloacked.id while others have been @clckdid

How can I only get the 2version only.

honestly i can't even tell a difference. Idk if I just blocked everyone or it has improved. I messaged a few people just to see so when I get a reply i will let you know. Right now it still looks like this but this is on the desktop
