In Bounce they have tiers of price according to experience of person who cuts the hair. Idk if it's the general trend in salons but in a couple of salons I visited they didn't have this option.

I have long hair as a guy and they did a pretty good job, they have three levels of stylist, one's a normal, second is top stylist and third is Director stylist and the prices are 699, 999 and 1999 ( without tax) respectively
