hey i am thinking of getting an ergonomic chair (preferably with head rest) because i am turning into a shrimp but ain't sure if it's worth the investment
also mesh back < solid back?

I just bought the most expensive chair from the sleep company and it’s just ok. It’s still does not give the back support I require, which is something like the ergonomic bed pillow. But I recently tried a chair in ikea and it was great. You should check out ikea and try the chairs yourself before purchasing.

If you're looking for something economical, I would suggest go to a local store and get it from there. You can find some no brand decent quality one's at around 5k-7.5k

Otherwise if you're ready to spend more. I would suggest spending some where around 25k-30k and get a second hand good brand chairs.. which in general costs 60k+.

If you could spend even more. Get a brand new chair, which costs like 1 Lakh+.
