Try an account_lines on the issuer and the ones with your LP tokens code will be stored there as a negative value of how many LP tokens everyone has

How can I accumulate LP's rewards? Is it only through off-chain methods?

Here I am not referring to the pool fee reward, but the additional reward

You'd have to implement a system to snapshot holders of the LP Token and then reward them

I don't believe there are currently any systems around for like 'Farming' and LP token
