window dragging effect when you move mods around with minecraft renderer enabled

apparently im wrong the client has the dumbest bugs

• the window dragging effect has been an issue for the entire duration of v2 beta and jay has no idea how to fix it

he cant even reproduce the bug himself

Its only on dx11 for me

i noticed it does that when the background blur is on i haven't noticed it when the background is not blurred

and only on dx11
