Please rocket allow to transfer games with under 1000 visits

1. The servers aren't closed. If you don't have the game anymore you can just download the newest version from happymod or something else.
2. They said that the 1k+ visits thing is only the "first round", that means that in the future there will be more rounds to transfer more games probably with less than 1k visits
