Lunge skill & hurt particle effect (UNSOLVED)

Is there anyway to have a skill button to lunge in the air in a RPG (or give the illusion) and hit and emeny. And how I add hurt particles to the enemies

And like for the illusion just make the hitbox go up or something maybe
