Ig you can use actors as a beam. Yk you can make 2 actors. 1st is blu beam, and 2nd is red beam (or you can make 1 actor with 2 sprites to optimise it) After that, you can make them fly from player, to target and look on target while going. It will make it look like it's beam. To heal, do on touch it to heal person it touched, and self destroy. Try it.
