The +1 acc is included when ur calculating the total after applying a percentage increase so Why the +1?
Well If ur increasing a number by a percentage ur adding that percentage to the original valu
Sooo the +1 ensures that the original value is included along with the percentage increase

Ur correct 29 is not 38% of 21. In fact 29 is approximately 138.1% of 21 so pretty much thst has to do nothing w my script tbh
