Objects that only specific players or teams can see

Um hi! Yall have been a huge help! My current question is an odd one. Basically, objects or things that only a specific player can see (an example, a targeting marker that only the player that uses it can see it). Maybe even something like "fog of war" like in league of legends where specific teams can see what their team can see whole the other team can see other things.
