so uh, each province gotta be a tile, and your main actor will be where the units will move, make an team for your army btw and the enemy one, when your army touches an enemy tile, make it self destroy and generate an friendly tile, u could also make the units follow your main actor using true or false variables, but if you want to do an diplomacy then it really gets hard, but i can help you with diplomacy if u want to
