Basically used to display an object's stats (HP, speed, etc.. Can also display map and system attributes (name, size, volume, also timer). Custom components can also be tracked if you're wondering
There's only texts and progress bars by default, and (I think) it's in development, so that's why there's no "when obj is created" and such
The values can also be constant (unchangeable), or be locked to display a variable (like HP and stuff). It can be useful for differentiating different actors by their names/stats
