Then practice, that's literally the only advice I can give you

Every artist starts out not knowing how to draw my guy

Take pewdiepie for example

He didn't know a thing or two about drawing and did a 100 day drawing vid

You sure you didn't spend your spare time checking art tutorial videos? Like as in the ones that go direct like "how to draw pixel" n stuff like that

See what the artists do in these videos

TRY and imitate it in whatever art program they used or anything similar

That's an example, not a recommendation

They're three years apart

But there's a clear different in skill

The point is, just try and constantly improve and draw like that.

Eventually you'll reach the skill like in the right art piece, drawn by me obv.

Don't get your hopes down, getting better at drawing is just like grinding in a video game, it takes time ^^, always be looking for ways to improve, and practice drawing what you love
