Hello! I have a small blog I've started at becauseimclever.com. I custom built the whole site from the ground up, and self host it.
I'm trying to build a small mini game into my site, but I've found myself lacking in graphic skills.
The overall game is a labyrinth/escape room with puzzles to be solved in each room. The style is meant to be similar to the Microsoft Bob application from 1995. So very pixelated, 32bit style.
What I need help with is the "room" backgrounds, object sprites, and clippy animation sprites. Right now, I have a foyer, 4 rooms, and the exit. Sound effects and bgm would be a nice to have.
I expect to give attribution for the work on the blog directly, but am open to barter/haggle/negotiate any other form of payment. Artists don't work for free, and "exposure" is not a payment.
I have other plans for experiments and projects that will also need similar assistance, so this could be a longer term partnership, if things work out well.
