Just started happening today. Had 5 points and was able to buy a 10 point attribute (see images). Restarting the game seems to have resolved it (attribute is still purchased though).

I picked a different one previously, I believe in farming, but I don't remember which one, and that's how I originally noticed it. I picked three in total, with starting points of 25 I believe. First one was a 15 point one. Then I picked a 10 point one and noticed the math didn't math right. Only spent 5 points. So at that point I suspected a bug and took the screenshots before and after taking a final 10 point one, that again seemingly only used 5 points. I did upload my log to the google form too if that's any help. I so far have not seen a repeat.
