@smoky sequoia I am not emerald. This is the thing. I got Plat on a fresh account, cuz I didn't want them to stalk me on my main account when I was doing my ranked games.
I was close to emerald, but they did this sentence to tell me "oh you will never be emerald my dear".
But I stopped to overthink and I wasn't satisfied to do that on my little account. So I just blocked everyone and kept only my close friends. I changed my names, my tag and now with the streamer thing, you can totally hide your name and games history, so people can't spectate anymore or reach your name if you don't want to.
And now, I want to do the same, but on my lvl 800 account. I broke my games record. And now, after 37 games, I am already Gold. I reached my first objective on my main account. And I am already very happy for that. šŸ™‚

I had a toxic relationship with my ex, Aion. This was a game I loved a lot. And didn't know how to leave, cuz the game was dying and my friends were all leaving too. But I was so attached to this game and I wanted to search for another that was similar. I tested WOW, FFXIV, Tera, BNS, Lineage, and so many others ones. But I never had the same feeling. And I always came back to Aion... It was very toxic because I didn't have the pleasure anymore to play but in the same time, there was no other game I would have this much obsession.

And then, my friends tried to bring me to league.
And voilĆ . šŸ˜‚

I think mine depends on my mood/health.
But if I need to say my main games :

  • league of legends
  • forza 6 / screamer / wrc / redout 2
  • genshin impact (my cosy game before sleeping)
  • osu! / geometry dash (I stopped but I would like to come back there)
  • skycotl
  • or building games like tiny glade / dream garden / small places

I played many solo games too, such as Ori, my favorite one.

And I am awaiting on the second version of Kena cuz I loved the first one.

lol I was trick riding sand dunes and getting air in the bops 6 campaign but my tank ended up catching on fire so I sadly had to walk for 20 actual minutes across dunes to get to my quest and pick up a new one. xD

I have started Dragon Quest XI. I have played some before. But Iā€™ve never finished it. Itā€™s possible I will stop when Loftia is out. I only played 30 minutes, so far. According to my PS5 I played enough to get 10 trophies before.

I no thought I just saw that thereā€™s a new law that they are trying to pass about games. Where the devs would have to either provide a way for their game to be played offline. Or to refund the gameā€™s price to everyone who purchased the game. Sounds like a good idea. There are a few games Iā€™d still love to be able to play.

The bill says the game company would either have to make the game playable offline, allow gamers to host the game themselves, or offer full refunds. Itā€™s only for paid games and would affect any game from 1/1/27 on.

There are similar ones in other countries. Itā€™s designed to protect consumers who have made a purchase.

Probably similar to whatā€™s happening with streaming where someone buys a film and then the streamer removes it and the customer now has no way to play the film again. Because technically they donā€™t own it, even if they bought it. This is why I prefer physical media.

I canā€™t imagine buying a film for 20 dollars and a month later the streamer removes it and I have lost my 20 dollars.
