Can you check what is direction set on the language you used, ref

Because this double arrow can display if we put incorrect value (not ltr or rtl) on direction translation

Did you publish translations? and did you check on published file (if any)

And which filament version you are using?

yeah i publish translations and check on layout.php from all language folder i use

filament v3.3.37

I create new project using 3.3.37, but working fine when I switch around to different languages

This may cause by some of the internal logic, maybe.. anyhow I have no idea now
