I've been playing around crypto space for a while and came up with idea - tokenization of human resources. The idea is simple AF: voting with your wallet not for the tales and gimmicks with fake utilities, but for real people and their skills, talents and performance!
E.g. founder deploys own token inside the platform, having only 10% of stake, the rest goes into pool (80%), charitable foundation (5%) and marketing services (5%). Founder sells tokens, shares the activities and pathway with supporters, buys back and injects more liquidity = token price grows accordingly to performance and beliefs of supporters, meanwhile they have access to their money and tokens 24/7 meaning full control. Overall safety and security for supporters, access to capital and scalability for talents, backed with real actions and utility.
What do you guys think? Shall we give it a try?=)
