Unknown Interaction for all commands

Hello, recently all my slash commands have stopped responding and instead just say this application did not respond. Interestingly it takes a couple seconds for an Unknown interaction to appear on my console. I have also observed that when I don't load my tasks extension the commands seem to work fine.
