exited with code=127 in 0.01 seconds

got this error today every time i run the command, it exits the code and stops right away
Already know baiscs of python but restarted coding after a year would be nice if someone knows how to deal with it^^thank you guys

doesnt work i just install it again and than i rewrite if it works

i looked up at the docs and copied it for mac os the system i am using copied it in my terminal and it tells me that :
