i have an image url. and i want to send it in a normal message because discord will auto scale it when in embed.

because i saw other people do it when they were using an image api
well if you can find an api that accepts an image url and a size, and returns the resized image,
then you can use that and send this correctly formatted api url to discord

iirc, discord attempts a get request on the url, if an image is returned, then it shows that
