You can install pycord by click Python Packages on the bottom sidebar.

and click add

you can then install pycord in there.

Pycharm separates the packages for your project in a venv

Which is what I suspect is the issue. Go through the Python packages list on Pycharm to figure out if it's installed. Then just double check u have it or not

Might be the wrong package name. The package name for Pycord is py-cord
