Persistent view not working in button_roles.py example

Hello,
I am coding my bot based on the "button_roles.py" example. However when I restart my bot the buttons do not work anymore. It is however specified in the example that the persistent view is activated. I don't understand what I have to do.
Here is my code:

try putting the button_roles file in a folder named cogs then load the extension with bot.load_extension('cogs.button_roles')
