Star Wars reminiscent blocks!

We are in space, it is only logical that we should be able to build the Death Star with ease, but blocks that mimic the interior of the Death Star simply do not exist in really any major mod. Relatively simple blocks that emit light and look like the different paneling of the walls within the death star, or flooring would be (at least I believe with my rudimentary coding knowledge) super easy to implement. You could even add compatibility to chipped for variations or differing connectivity.

If you want to be super extra you could easily(not really) take this to the next level, maybe add more blast doors, laser gates that seal off oxygen and gravity, or even giant green lasers so a Death Star can actually fire. The last stuff isn't at all necessary especially because it would be drastically more work but I think the blocks make too much sense to not be implemented. Thank you!

i do understand wanting an orbital laser, because it's cool as fuck, but i imagine that fits more to other tech mods rather than the space exploration mod, with proper support i can see it happening

yeahh thats fair, I could still see it working if another destination was added that supplies resources required for it, but at that point it sounds like an addon mod

the concept of an electrical beacon kinda sounds cool already, but it being used in some kind of laser weapon is an interesting concept

it would absolutely fit more in a technology mod, like techarium

I think a ton of the tech concepts in star wars could integrate into other tech mods throughout the community, they could be awesome even in isolation
