Sun Charm softlock, even though it's base game in the mod

What mods are active? What mods did you turn off this session?

How did you get only one thing offered for the boss rewards (I assume intentionally modded that way)?

I'm on the modding branch, but turned off all the mods (Console, Snowfall, Googly Eyes, and Tokens). I completed teh second boss, and was offered 4 choices. I picked one and wanted to pick the sun charm, but then that occured. I thought I could bypass it by picking another reward, but it didn't end. I picked every reward besides the Sun Charm, and now its stuck like this

Did you turn off those mods and then do a run without restarting Wildfrost? If so I would guess there is some unloading error.
