I got a very huge deck, and I mean HUGE, filled with enemies and bosses, and won the game. The guardian usually shows up as blank, and when I start a run, this happens, sometimes crashes when I start the game.

Try placing this save in ...\AppData\LocalLow\Deadpan Games\Wildfrost\Profiles\Default and see if it allows you to skip the boss. It's a longshot.

Well, fair enough. Another route is to use the Unity Explorer mod to find the null value and replace it. I wouldn’t know where to start for that.
