[GiGi's cookie box] on applies scrap to one ally even though it says "Apply 1 scrap to all allies"
[Blundertank] only triggers when junk is recycled even though its wording states when it it destroyed. Based on the wording, it should also trigger off of feeding junk to [Mini Mika] or just using junk for damage
the first issue at the very least has been documented both here on discord and outside of discord for quite some time but havent seen a fix for that yet?

Using junk or hammers counts down this guy and they both say "destroy"
using junk nor hammers should count down nom & stompy (aside from regular turn end counting down, which still happens for nom & stompy) because they are not destroyed upon use, they are placed in the discard pile
using them on mini Mika doesn't destroy them either

KDev is completely right. Junk doesn't destroy upon use, only on recycle. Nom & Stompy always counts down by 1 at the end of the turn, and if they counted down on any other occasion they would've received a solar flare animation.
Gigi's cookies box had already been fixed and it's fix is coming up on the next update (although I wish they resolved the bug already)
Basically this post is one known and fixed issue and the other issue is not in the game at all

There's also the option where they killed a card with bom & junk, buffed junk, or hammer, which caused the effect
