I'm trying to adjust my volume and the media thing won't work. I tried opening JaxCore and Rainmeter both as administrator and tried to restart my computer and try again. No luck at all. Any way to fix this?

Uninstall Rainmeter, reinstall(https://rainmeter.net), open Powershell as admin,run this line of code(if prompted press Y than Enter):
