Also, do you mean the config hub?

It should be part of your apps, so Start Menu > search JaxCore

And rainmeter should also be running

#

After you load your modules or widgets, you could just right click the module or widget and "configure in core" to go back to that menu

open rainmeter then run the jaxcore setup and dont forget add to program list or youll forget it
