Did you uninstall everything core before reinstalling?

I uninstalled all rainmeter files, even ahk and made sure to remove and get fresh downloads of jaxcore files

Try installing jaxcore without Rainmeter installed

It detected that it's installed

Delete %appdata%\Rainmeter

Uninstall everything again, and restart your pc

#

%appdata%\JaxCore and Rainmeter should be deleted afterwards

Maybe your anti virus didn't allow it to launch Rainmeter? Dunno

My pc is kinda messed up, programs cant really do anything without me really trying to let them run as admin or something similar.

Doesn't seem like it's closing Rainmeter either. Try disclosing the latest rmskin find from the modules' GitHub repositories from the releases section to install them

just tried that and it had a similar affect, error with a waiting for rainmeter pause
