Try running the PowerShell command in the other installation options directly. Side note you don't need to install Rainmeter manually

OK so I used the powershell method, got an error, fixed it by using a VPN and got JaxCore installed
The problem now is both the discover page and the information page for widgets are stuck on loading
You might have disabled internet access for rainmeter
Should be an issue similar with the previous

Wasn't a problem with firewall, was a problem with my ISP I guess, raw.github sites were blocked
Fixed with a VPN again
