Steering turn completion is crazy too. It’s pretty good. Haven’t tested lead or highway performance but my 30mph home loop with sharp curves and turns everywhere, it did pretty good

A tad oscillation on right turns after unwinding with NNLC. Lower software delay seemed to help

DTRv4 had the same issue as the TR models where it would not recenter fast enough on right turns and I'd have to override

right intersections turns is what I am talking about, I will test this one and let you know how it does

This one (and most likely the previous) doesn’t complete a turn for me, it always cuts it early. Like, the starting of the turn is fine, but if I let it straighten out the wheel when it wants to, I’d end of crooked.

Long is good so far, but I’m still messing with the dynamic and predictive tuning. Dynamic is pretty smooth.

Yeah, DTR still needs some work on the curves. I’d say it hugged the right line on a left curve, but my tire was on it the whole time, so it’s worse than a hug.

The model selector is a nice thing we have here. Can be a pita at times when refactors are done on the comma side, as well as I check each model that drops to ensure no modeld stuff changed. Hence why the SP model is gated behind my refactor pr, because it wouldn’t work as comma intended without it

Did okay on highway. Left lane hugged left line. Middle lanes stayed center. Did not so great on back roads, hugged and sometimes went over the yellow line.

I’m ok with far left lane hugging the left side of the lane and right lane hugging the right side of the lane but crossing the yellow line is what I don’t like. Ideally it would just stay centered in all lanes and stop cutting inside so much for cornering

Decent drive with this model, some of it 70 mph highway. Only oddity was tending to almost ride the right lane line on even mild right curves. Some right bias.

Okkk, pretty much the new king for me for highway lat on 2024 gv70 3.5. Even handled a couple interchanges that most others barely attempt. And SEEMS like it kills off the slight wobble DTR3 Had for me?! Strong candidate for the 8h drive for next weekend.

have you driven in rush hour with it? i'm not sure if all of these models are poor in rush hour because they can't see stuff? hda2 on my gv80 keeps lanes perfecly at a crawl (if it can see lines) - so far 100% of the models I've used have required corrections, sometimes scary.. like aiming for a curb, or trying to sideswipe. i've been going into offroad mode more and more - like - staying in the middle seems impossible. have you had any success at lane cnetering in traffic with it? or other models?

Radar is somewhat self contained

You can’t “trick” it unless you’re literally messing with the sensor itself

Yeppp, good enough on a 500mile road trip I bookmarked the 4 little spots it was wiggly for feedback. Some very specific road pattern where it clearly bounces between the real lines and the black tar 'hole filler' lines left over from staged construction.
