Please make sure all steps are followed when filling out a #1177362237309079713 . We cannot start troubleshooting without logs.
This route is still missing 1 raw log. Can you go back to Connect again and see if it's still missing 1?
Can you make sure the device is shared with us please?
• Share your device with me (https://connect.comma.ai/, gear icon, share by email, [email protected] and [email protected], share icon again to confirm), set the device name to your year/make/model and your Discord username so I can find it in the list.
• Go to https://connect.comma.ai, select the desired route (fingerprints, issues, etc.), Files, find "All logs" -> click "upload x files", then View upload queue, and confirm all raw logs are uploaded.
• Once all raw logs are uploaded, click More info, turn on "Preserved" to preserve the route.
• Post the route ID in this channel.
We can't access useradmin at the moment
You don't have to make the route public once you shared the device with us.
