So you can try something like Jab > Jab > Dair > Down B > Up B > Uair

yea it seems hard because u are making it harder accidentally, to iad u need to hold up and side then dash then let go of your up and side and instantly do your attack almost all at once

You don't use dodge, a lot of attacks I'm doing aren't true and you can dodge through them

You don't make a ton of use out of your up air, it's one of Jokers best killing moves
Up special will true combo into it

So my recommendations for you are to learn to use your cards a bit more, which is your neutral attack and I believe you can use without stopping your directional input by pressing R1, your card shuffles with each throw but by holding crouch you can manually have joker shuffle the cards they rotate diamond > Heart > Spade > repeat
Diamond will stick to the opponent and explode, heart will return back to you, and spade will throw 3 quick cards
You should also work on learning what your inputs are since you seem to mash a lot, also work on dodging it can save you from quite a few attacks

Aerial or grounded?

Aerial breaks armor and I use it to take out Bugs's safe when it's not flying a lot

Grounded can be an okay kill move and function sort of like a parry

You could maybe use jab 2 and then dodge in and use it

It works best as a sort of parry imo

You were using the balloon when we fought so if you're still using that switch to wild card (just in case you didnt know)
For the others, its all personal preference but flammable, speed force, and pugilist are great choices
Over speed force, I would also debate between last stand (for a chance to get early stocks when your damage is high) or airwalker (a kind of high skill floor perk which makes combo game ridiculous and gives you essentially double or even triple the air options)
