Also Nair is only good if it ground bounces your opponent cause if it hits them up then how do you properly follow up on that

When it comes to dair and nair you still have to be able to land then to make them useful to gain the advantage I would say that dair grown smash is about the best then about her dair though other than that if you miss then your punished

Hot take: steven, harley, and taz are the easiest top tiers for me to beat. Steven takes alot of focus and patience but I barely lose to him.

Also, they really were not joking about raising the MMR to get to masters.

When his chain is out, run like your life depends on it. Becuase most of the time it does.

does alot of heavy lifting in the match up. Breaking shield, and punishing nair. Since most steven fully charge nair and fast fall from above, punch the child.

Don't use rockets when recovering, you will probably just take damage from his fair + your own rockets.

Don't bother trying to contest his fair. Just respect it and keep your distance and try to bait it out with movement. For example, when they have a vertical shield on the Map, 100% he will fair when you try to get over it, punch the child.

once the gauntlets and up special are on cooldown all of tazs moves feel like they take priority over garnets

Parry, nair or dair from above, up special ball, charged down attack depending taz positioning i.e grounded tornado or inside you (no diddy) since the gauntlets are a hitbox now, neutral punch charged, whiff the first up air attack so the second gets the knockback effect if you dont you’ll both get minor hitstun resetted, sair him before the startup of the tornado but not during, and rocket fist (side special projectile)

If you can just reposition away from tornado then react accordingly with a decent punish

Every matchup is different and you have to adjust a ton

You cant rely on jabs and dodges like other characters

Her tools are very minor on their own but you have to manage cooldowns and the moves that are behind them
