I'd say your best bet is up tilt into down air, neutral air, side special and side tilt
Some ppl will still dodge it but you can just adapt to that by up tilting again, using neutral air earlier, using side special, ETC
All your combos depend on your opponent's level of skill and/or playstyle

Side B to cover alot of distance or cross up
Flight also let's you space aerials better
Fair and jab kill (fair off the top for combos, jab off of...anywhere. neutral grounded attack is stupid strong)
Play the midrange threatening with aerial down B's and flight spaced normals, punish hasty approaches
You're not fishing for combos, you're fishing for counterhits that lead into tech chases
Bubble if they're projectile heavy, but don't just bubble on the opposite side of the stage and camp. Put it close to them, make them scared of bubbles utility

I wouldn't say he was bad, especially with certain perks. Neutral special was insanely oppressive and easily brought both opponents to 80% or higher. They definitely overnerfed him after a while, but a lot of the first nerfs were justified

Neutral special is almost useless tho, it's more useful against ppl that approach on the ground or launch projectiles to approach like joker, but it's still very situational even in those cases

Could be old beta but some tournaments HAVE been attended. Not enough to have a "top 25" of a single character's players, and nothing offline but..
I'm curious about your thoughts on how to perform with the character then. The only thing he seems good for in 1s is lightning ladders, and while I do get it's a 2s game I haven't ran into a character who played well in 2s that was garbage in 1s, in any platform fighter.
So if there's tech I'm missing I'd love to find out, he seems super fun

yeh his whole moveset is leaked, honestly all of his moves are flashy and i think he has a counter move as well
his kit is complex but it looks fun to play. I prefer high skill ceiling characters cuz they are so satisfying when they are mastered
