My game keeps crashing and seems to be very very bugged after this update. Music keeps cutting in an out; inside of the menu and out. Both my 2 attempted ranked matches ended in me crashing (one near the end, one before the match started)

It's not like the other times the game would crash last season. When it crashes now, it hangs on the last frame and I have to alt-f4 with Task Manger. Before, it would do the normal Unreal Engine bug report window as expected.

Can you get rid of the comic book sheen effect of the Toonviverse skins on characters that aren't from comics? Like, I know you used to have an effect where the Toonisverse on Looney Tunes characters like Taz didn't use to have thee comic book sheen on it and instead it had thicker lines just like the show he's from. This update made it unplayable even for 1v1s. I'm on PS4 and like @honest vortex I have had no good games today I tried everything even rifts and THE RIFTS THEMSELVES are glitching too???? I don't understand how the update was sent out and this was even possible to slip through not letting half the player base get through a full game when Ranked just went live

Quests work differently in season 2, now, event quests are all granted at one time at the start of the event, if the event is 1 week long…. For 2 week long events, the quests are given half on the first day and the other half a week later

You can earn xp for the warmup event by playing matches

Upon every single relaunch of the game, my account is seemingly reset to a 'first time login' state where I am re-asked to accept the EULA, I'm given all of the "Introducting Perk Points, Introducing Fighter Currency, etc." prompts again, and my controls and all settings are reset to their defaults. My characters and all unlockables are completely unaffected, only the things mentioned above. It is incredibly annoying not being able to have my controls or game settings tuned to how i like them because of this, and it is actively affecting my gameplay experience and enjoyment of the game. I made 2 bug reports which were ignored for weeks, and upon making a support ticket and being told to make a 3rd bug report I was ignored once again. This is incredibly frustrating and an embarassment to have to deal with 2 seasons in.

I have noticed that happens when you bounce around between platforms.
I never changed defaults so never noticed that.
But the prompting happened when I was switching between Steam and Epic.
My stuff was affected but it would prompt all the currencies.
I'm sure it is worse when changing from console settings to PC.

I've been playing comp since the season started and like almost every game is lagging hard enough to be unplayable when before comp came out I qas almost never lagging

The worse part is I don't see lag affecting my enemies in the same way.

the warm up quest are 1 set weekly now. no more daily log-in.
it's the weekly drop that happens on Tuesday. Then grind out the rest in PvP.
It's a dumb move, imo. I don't like the forcing me to play that many PvP matches to get my medal.
The versus 3-5 daily matches were enough for me.
Too many CM Punks in this game.

I say this because change is dumb move because if that was a "week's" worth of quest.
No it wasn't.
In events, in season 1, a week's worth of quests was 21 total, if you logged in daily, around there, I know I almost always had 2 600 point quests left over every event.

The Games event ends in 4 days.
And it takes a week to refresh the missions.
By that time the event will be over though. So you have to play PVP or PVE constantly if you finish the missions.

certain characters can have a 'sweet spot' you hit with their move, easiest one I could pull off was Harley Quinn's Air Neutral (big hammer swing) it'll make a particular noise when you hit it just right.

And for the debuff - there's a new equip you can use that'll allow you to remove debuffs (the frost buildup) by dodging.

It'll only blink invincibility 5-6 times before your meter runs out.
While it is filling up you can still dodge but you will get hit while that bar is filling up.

if it's lag netcode thing, idk about that. mine usually work, give what I just stated, and I don't depend on dodge in PvP, its more needed in PvE for me.

the timer/counter is a UI visual bug, I guess they never took it out or set to a week.
no more daily resets. just the one group of quests after reset.
F2P players can gain points in PvP.
If you buy Circuit Drones it gives a boost of points in PvP and lets you gain points in rifts (but this game counter also has a UI visual bug).

can you guys add a different section to characters called variants? lets take finn for example, he has the fern skin, pijama skin and some other. however. he also has a tooniverse skin, what if i wanted to use the tooniverse skin on the fern for example? having a tooniverse fern, but im locked to the tooniverse default finn only.
my solution is to split the skin category into two: skins and variants
skins are the complete overhauled character look that is exclusive only to that character like: wedding garnet, fern, mad love harley
and variants being: tooniverse, matrix, ones that are available on basically every character.
so you could choose to have a matrix mad love harley quinn. a skin and a variant.
you would still have to buy the skins on every character but it would be cooler to be able to combine them.

another example is the shark hat ones. lets say i like the shark hat, but i dont like harley's default appearance, it would be nice to equip mad love harley as a separate skin, and then equip the shark hat as a variant

this is my take on this, its not an issue overall but it would be nice to have the option to customize characters further more

it wont affect any of the current purchases for anyone, it would just be an improvement overall

I have not been able to play matchmade games for 3 days (Rifts are fine)

As soon as my match starts the game starts to lag and it completely crashes.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Reset my router etc.
My internet is not the problem as I am able to play other games online without any issues.
