The thing is they don't do anything to inspire hope. AJAX's tweet did jack S in the immediate term, and we don't even know what their long term plan to fix this is. A simple "We hear you. We see you" translates to me as "Yeah we know this sucks, unfortunate for y'all."

They need the producer or the director of the project, those at the head, to come out and say something. They need to own up to this colossal mess up, not the head community manager.

As for WB's bottom line, that's already in the pavement, darn near the bedrock. If this ends up not being a successful venture, like most other things they own, they'll lay off everyone, cancel the project, and either sell it off or liquidate it and shrug.

The fact that there was no word from the team on day 1 when all these issues were happening is already telling

I don't expect them to magically wave their hands and make a fix, that's not how development works. But say something, provide constant communication so the community feels heard. Not have the mods come in and say "Send (flood) the team with support tickets."

you should be able to see remaining tickets when you go to buy a character in the store. if you dont see that, it is yet another case of missing items from the beta not being transferred to accounts during launch. Many have complained and opened tickets about missing skins, banners, badges, gleamium, character tickets, ring outs, etc etc

if this is the first time you've logged on, go through all of your items and see if anything else is missing before making a ticket. this could be things you bought or earned during thebeta including battle pass items

yo @hidden egret game has changed a lot and I'm seeing a lot of people sayin they prefer the beta better, i do enjoy it but it feels way less balanced and also having custom perk sets like cod is weird it was perfect how it was same with not being able to choose a character, weird pointless changes, also the global leader boards was like multiverses whole thing people cared that they were top 500 of a character. also badges you cant see how many ringouts, wins, anything it just doesn't display how many u have when equipping them, characters are big, its 6:44 the daily challenges just came out i completed them and every challenge in the game completable so far, now for the rest of the day i have no reason or urge to stay on the game or play because leveling up you're character does nothing and playing matches doesn't increase my rank, winning matches doesn't give me battle pass xp, so in my eyes the only time relevant to play the game is to do the challenges and then get off until the next day. honestly not very enjoyable, beta was doing so many things right and i was glued to it for hours, now i wanna rush through the challenges and get off (just some feed back idk i haven't seen anyone say much on the state of the game, since players still cant finish matches without crashing and stuff)

The game just crashes. We don't know why, and I'm suffering from the same issue

Spoke to customer support via the t icket system to see if they could do anything, and to save you time, no, they can't. They send you the report bug form and kinda call it there.

That isn't to say they're incompetent, of course. They just aren't the devs for the game, so they can't wave their magic wand and fix it

The best thing we can do is wait and hope they can fix it, though considering how bad the game seems to be on launch, it seems like a blessing IMO that I don't get to play whatever this is.

that' s really unfortunate to hear. my first ticket ended up exactly the same. my second is open awaiting response, but I added as much proof as I could. did you put anything in your tickets to show their logs are inaccurate? if you played on steam, steam collects a lot of metrics that should strengthen your case. achievements and game time played and earned timestamped during the beta, purchase history etc

I played Multiversus during the open beta, and I was able to receive multiple rewards during that time from the battle pass during that time. However, currently some of my rewards and cosmetics gotten from the original beta are not on my account. Most importantly to me, the Jake the Dog "Dance" taunt.

1. Tell me, is anything known about whether free access to all characters will be returned to the laboratory? In the beta you could look at all the characters and choose to your liking. It is very difficult for a beginner to navigate characters that he cannot try out.
2. Is anything known about when normal servers will finally be made? Problems with disconnections have persisted since beta testing.

ok so this is the same copy pasta a lot of people are getting. this means, they want to A) Gaslight the phooey out of us which would be the scummiest thing in the world and they would deserve to fail. or B) their logs are corrupted or missing for some reason, which is just as bad, that would be a symptom of such core issues with the game that its basically DOA
