recently found this out and it worked for me - idk if it will work for you. go to account.wbgames.com and login to your account. go to connections and disconnect steam from your wb account. if you go into your game again it should sort itself out when you reconnect your account. when you disconnect it will say all your progress will be lost but it will come back when you connect your account again.

Huh? That wouldn't do anything. Each rift has its own gem you have to level up, gem levels aren't shared between them

Seems like the Jason Rift would be specifically giving you red gems, and you'd need to wait until the other 2 rifts to level up the green and purple gems you need leveled.
