Originally, in the Open Beta, it wasn't this bad for me. I only lost a few items from the Alpha pass when Season 2 started (sadly being my Alpha Taz icon and Alpha Tester banner) but even then, during the Open Beta support just told me "We can't grant items" or "You never owned those items."

Now it's even worse, I'm missing almost every item from the Alpha and Beta test battle passes, support has been just as unhelpful as they were back in the Beta, saying the same things of "We can't grant items" or "You never owned those items."

And they expect us to spend money on new characters, cosmetics and battle passes. WHat a joke.

I actually enjoyed the Alpha and Beta as someone who hates fighting games in this style, but I cannot bring myself to worry about leveling up characters, their outfits, the battle pass when at any moment it can be wiped and support will say that I never owned them. Why should I spend time grinding the boss defeats to get Agent Smith, if at any point all my progress can be wiped and support will say I never did anything?

in terms of "bugs" the only one is the bunny, outside of that the game is mostly clean and only UI seems to have issues. no issues beyond that except their UE5 upgrade somehow causing half my items to be removed
