Mostly the servers, there are a lot of people playing the game, or a server might not be near your location, so it uses the closest one, and for all we know it could be miles away.

That could be a bug, but also could be because of your settings, or your PC cannot handle MultiVersus. Unsure if this is a known issue. Check if your requirements fits the requirements that MultiVersus needs.

It's most likely your PC, either getting too hot, or one of the specs aren't the best shape, I suggest getting Windows Health Check app, that way you can see what's going on. Clear all the dust inside your computer that way everything can go faster. Another thing I suggest is running MultiVersus as administrator. I doubt it's a bug, it could be, but doubt it. Also run one program at a time, and see if that does anything.
